Publication Service
Take your research further. LINC 2026 offers presenters the opportunity to have their full paper considered for Scopus 3-indexed publication, supported by an optional editorial peer review service.
This service is available exclusively to presenters whose abstracts have been accepted and who proceed to Full Paper Submission.
How It Works
- Abstract Stage — When submitting your abstract, indicate your interest: “Would you like to publish your full paper in Scopus 3 with LINC 2026?” This is an early flag only — no payment or commitment yet.
- Full Paper Stage — Once your abstract is accepted, you’ll reconfirm your publication interest when submitting your full paper, and select whether you’d like the Editorial Peer Review Support Service.
- Scientific Committee Review — Your full paper undergoes a separate review specifically for publication eligibility — distinct from the earlier abstract review.
- Decision Notification — You’ll receive an automatic email: either congratulations on selection, with payment instructions, or a polite notification if not selected this time.
- Payment — Selected authors proceed to pay the applicable fee(s) via PayEx gateway or bank transfer.
- Editorial Process — From here, our editorial team manages the publication process directly with you.

A dedicated editorial review of your manuscript to strengthen its quality, structure, and alignment with Scopus publication standards before submission to the journal/proceedings.
Guaranteed Publication If you select this service, your publication is guaranteed. |
Publication Fee (Scopus 3) — RM500 (Based on the quality of the paper)
Covers the indexing and publication process itself.
Not Guaranteed Without Editorial Support If you do NOT select the Editorial Peer Review Support Service, publication is not guaranteed — it remains subject to independent quality assessment of your paper by the editorial team. |
Note: Both fees reflect a special discounted rate exclusively for LINC 2026 registered presenters. Paper publication is entirely dependent on the quality of the submitted paper, its suitability for Scopus-indexed journals, and the applicable terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions
- Only original, unpublished full papers submitted by presenters with an accepted LINC 2026 abstract are eligible for publication.
- Selection for publication is at the sole discretion of the Scientific Committee, based on the quality and relevance of the submitted paper.
- Payment is required only after your paper has been selected for publication — not at the time of expressing interest.
- Fees are non-refundable once the editorial process has commenced.
