Poster Guidelines and Measurements

  1. Poster size:
    • All posters must be in portrait format, A1 size.
    • A1 size = 59.4 x 84.1 cm (23.4 x 33.1 inches)
  2. Font size should be large to enable easy reading.Recommended minimum font size of 20 points.
  3. Posters should include the following details:
    • The Conference Logo
    • Title
    • Authors name, affiliation, email address
    • Graphics and text needed to convey the main message for the presentation.
    • Posters must be converted to PDF before submission
  4. Poster Presentation formats: (1-hour poster viewing sessions) (Physical only).
  5. Please ensure that you print your poster and bring a hard copy with you to the conference.
