Abstracts Submission
EARLY BIRD NOTICE
Submit your abstract by 30 September 2026 to be eligible for the Early Bird Rate.
Payment must be completed by 15 October 2026.
Abstracts submitted from 1 October may not be eligible, as the review process takes up to 2 weeks.
Oral and poster physical presentations, as well as online presentations, addressing any aspect of the conference theme and sub-themes, are welcome.
Please submit a structured abstract (max 250 words) — covering background, methodology, analysis, and conclusion — via the form below. Your submission must also indicate at least one Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) your work contributes to.
Please name the file as ‘Your Name-LINC 2026 ABSTRACT.’

The committee reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not comply with the length, structure, and formatting requirements, or is received after the deadline.
ABOUT THE REVIEWING PROCESS
Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the Scientific Committee as soon as it is received. Notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent within two weeks of submission.
Accepted abstracts will be assigned an abstract ID, to be used in all further communications.
If you indicated a presentation preference (oral or poster) at submission, please note this is a preference only — the final presentation format is assigned by the Scientific Committee and will be confirmed in your acceptance email.
Once your abstract has been accepted, you will be invited to proceed with payment and registration for LINC 2026 via our secure PayEx payment gateway or Bank Transfer.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE CO-AUTHORS
Please note that a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference. If the co-authors would like to attend the conference, they are required to register and make payment independently as participants.
